Fábio
di Odujara, an artist and visual poet, was born in 1958 and currently lives
in Ceará Mirim, State of Rio Grande do Norte. He states his influences
as Baudelaire, Rimbaud, Paul Verlaine, Mallarmé, Décio Pignatari,
Falves Silva and Maiakovski, among others. He has shown his work in several
national and international shows, including "A Terra - Poesia Visual,"
in Portugal; "Poesia Visiva," Italy, 1998; "Exit 5," Bologna,
2000; "LUtopia," Venice, 2001; "Expoetica/96," João
Pessoa, Paraíba; Poesia Visual, "Vida Social," Natal, 1998;
Poema Poster 91/93/94, Recife, Pernambuco; Mostra de Poesia Visual, Natal 1995.
His poems have appeared in several literary publications in Brazil and abroad,
among them: (Dez) Ordem no Brasil; Revista Dimensão Internacional, 1998.
